It is an organization which was duly registered as a multi-purpose cooperative in the then District Cooperative Division and Training Office, Dhangadhi as per the Cooperatives Act 2048 BS.

In East Kailali, which is considered fertile for agriculture, farmers were facing shortage of fertilizers, fertilizers and seeds. The cooperative model is called Kisan Multi-Purpose Cooperative Limited in line with the concept of uniting the people and conducting multi-purpose activities in the cooperative model to address these conditions.
Initially, the organization started with a share capital of 60,600 with 25 share members. Access has been extended to all local municipalities in 7 districts. Today, the organization has become a model and leading organization at the local level due to its emphasis on timely institutional development and adoption of technology.
In line with the spirit of the multi-purpose organization and the desire of its members, the organization has been operating the following four main businesses in the cooperative model.
⇒ Cooperative financial services
