I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations and thank to all of you on the occasion of entering the Silver Jubilee Year today and completing the journey of up to 25 years, facing many ups and downs in a slightly favorable but very unfavorable environment during the two decades long journey of the organization. As I have been involved in this organization as an employee since the establishment of the organization, I am aware of the ups and downs, i feel proud to look them back. Whatever was the past, today the organization has built a strong image at the national level. Banks and financial institutions compete in the flow of financial services in this sector. In the midst of such intense competition, the organization has been able to establish its own existence and identity by bringing new programs, showing its profound presence in the field as well as gaining popularity. ...

This is possible because of the planning of the members. We now have a long way to go to institutionalize this achievement.
